JUST, WHAT ARE YOU?

I'm so confused....
Who? What? I am contemplating between these two. Should I use who? Or should I use what? I am thinking of using who because she used to be a human although she is now just a lifeless doll that needs mana to live. But then, 'what' is more appropriate word as I don't know whether the little girl is really her. Furthermore, this episode proves that she is definitely NOT a human.

Just what are you, Koyomi?

As Haruto is going out for his daily patrolling job, Koyomi reminds her beloved husband, Haruto to be careful as he might encounter White Wizard. Haruto just half-nods to what Koyomi said as he has flashbacks about the time where he met Koyomi and White Wizard for the first time when he looks at her. Koyomi that realizes Haruto is in daze asks him whether there is anything wrong, only to be denied by Haruto. He then leaves the shop after gives her a quite bitter smile.

Koyomi realizes about the sudden change in Haruto. She notices how Haruto has been faking his smile lately and how he keeps shutting himself in the room. As expected of Koyomi. She will immediately notice any changes if it is about Haruto. Even Wajima that lives under the same roof with both of them does not notice about that. Koyomi, I am proud of you.

Well, I can't truly blame Haruto for suddenly being weird. He just knew something important which make him shocked. He receives an emotional shock from the sudden discovery on Koyomi. And the most important thing is, the fact that Koyomi is White Wizard's daughter. Haruto is not only overload his brain with White Wizard at the home, but also during his patrolling job. He stops at a bridge and tries to rearrange the pieces of information that he has so far on White Wizard. But, he fails as he don't even know what is happening right now. However, thanks to Haruto's teacher, Kumagai-sensei; Haruto gains a smile and can forget about White Wizard for a while.

Haruto and Kumagai-sensei go to Hungry to have a chat while eating doughnuts. Kumagai-sensei tells Haruto that he is searching for a toy plane that he has kept for 10 years as a memento of his dead son that has been stolen and he heard rumors that the toy is at Wajima's shop. After that, Koyomi shows up at Hungry, looking for Haruto. As Koyomi gets closer, she senses a phantom nearby. It turns out that Kumagai-sensei is the gate this time. That phantom, Seiren has been eavesdropping their conversation and obtained the most valuable information; that is the gate's hope.

Seiren manages to get away. Haruto rushes to protect the plane. However, Koyomi's lack of mana stops Haruto from going earlier. Haruto puts Koyomi as his top priority, thus he gives her the amount of mana that she needs first. As Koyomi have her supply of mana, she urges Haruto to protect his teacher's hope. Haruto is still worried about her and almost refuses to go. (Aww... Haruto. You are always concerns about your girl.) But, Koyomi insists that he has to protect Kumagai-sensei' hope. Koyomi looks at both of them disappears from her sight with a worry face. Well, Koyomi has ALWAYS and will ALWAYS worries about Haruto. But, without anyone realizing anything including Koyomi, her skin cracks and shows something like red mana.

Seiren and Haruto have a face-to-face battle. In the middle of the fight, Haruto spots Cerberus, White Wizard's familiar and follows it; leaving Nitou alone to handle Seiren. Seiren is too strong for Nitou to defeat her alone. Haruto on the other hand, lost sight of Cerberus, making him more frustrated.

Back to Wajima's shop, Koyomi falls inside the shop after she enters the shop. Wajima immediately rushes to see Koyomi's condition, but then realizes the cracking wound on Koyomi's hand. He is shocked to see the cracking wound. Koyomi is in pain as she's having difficulty in breathing and loses her energy. The episode ends with the camera focuses on Koyomi's cracking skin.

This is a great episode. There is possibility that Koyomi is the Philosopher's stone, but if she is, how? How can she be the stone? Or how did she obtain the stone? The mystery is still unsolved. Who and what Koyomi is actually? It seems that I have to wait more and more...

BTW, I love Haruto's concerns on Koyomi even it is just for a little moment. It shows that Koyomi is very important to him.

That's all for now. Have a nice day. Goodbye...
