THE DEBUT OF NEW OTP

I'm so tired. I went shopping with my family for the whole day. I thought that I will be able to post this earlier, but the unexpected shopping day interrupted my plan to post this.

Well, whatever. Now, let's go straight to the point. Actually, it has been three weeks since the debut of this OTP. But, since I am very busy in this fasting month, it is quite difficult to spent more time with my beloved laptop. Can you guess who is the lucky couple to be the latest OTP in my list?

The answer is........................ HikaMizu couple.

Who is HikaMizu?

HikaMizu is Hikaru Raidou - Isurugi Misuzu from Ultraman Ginga. I freaking love Ultraman Ginga series.

There are similarities of the scenes between Hikamizu and Harumi. I think that Hikamizu can be the younger version of Harumi. The picture above remind me of Wizard's casts. In Wizard, we have Shunpei, Koyomi, Haruto, Rinko and Nitou. This is perfect. The five of them must be the younger version of Wizard, but in the different world. (I'm talking nonsense again.)

The scenes between Hikaru and Misuzu are full of love. Believe me. Everytime both of them are together, you can do nothing but ship them.

This is one of the scenes that is almost similar with Harumi where Hikaru is trying to reach out Misuzu. In Wizard, both Haruto and Koyomi are trying to reach out each other.

In the first episode of Ginga, Hikamizu has quite a memorable reunion as Hikaru saves Misuzu when she is in danger of getting hurt when she is going downhill in a stroller after helping a woman by saving her dog.

 

The next scene is when Misuzu is helping Hikaru's grandfather as shrine maiden. Hikaru looks at Misuzu as he sees an angel. He seems so fascinated when seeing her. Since they are OTP, of course Misuzu can feels that Hikaru is staring at her and she shyly and awkwardly tells him not to stare at her. Hikaru averts his eyes for a second, and then staring back at her. Oh, Hikaru. You must totally have fall for your childhood friend. Even with that warning from Misuzu, you still dare to steal a glance on her.

As Misuzu is on the way to pick some ingredients for her cooking, she bumps into Hikaru who is telling her that he goes for a walk in the morning in the forest. Driven by Hikaru's dream to be an adventurer, Misuzu is also going to do the same. She is going to chasing her dream to own a shop that sell traditional Japanese confections. Happy with the motivation of Misuzu, he volunteer to help Misuzu to picks up her ingredients. They are both running to the place while holding hands.
Hikaru, are you so happy to see Misuzu that you are forgetting about Taro? I really feel bad towards Taro.

As Koyomi is the reason why Haruto gains the Infinity form, Misuzu is the reason why Hikaru can become Ginga. The will to protect Misuzu and her dream gives him the power to be Ginga; same as Haruto who is not giving up on his and Koyomi's life even he has no magic anymore. Well, love conquers all.

After saving her, Misuzu thanks him for protecting her. Haha... Hikaru is smiling shyly. Hikamizu is sure having great moments together.

The next morning, Hikaru and Misuzu are smiling to each other with full of love. The moment stops when Kenta realizes the difference in the eye contact that they make. Misuzu remembers how Taro warns both of them not to tell anyone about Ginga spark and both of them are now sharing a secret together. Hikaru is smiling shyly and happily when he shares the secret with the one he like.

As Hikamizu, Kenta and Chigusa are playing together in the field, a motorcyle psycho shows up and tells them not stop being all lovey-dovey. Huh, even this guy realizes the feelings of the OTP. As the psycho targets Misuzu, Hikaru once again becomes her knight when saving her from being hit by the psycho. Even in the emergency moment, Hikaru still manages to save her stylishly. He carries her in his arm like a bride. That is why Misuzu falls for Hikaru all over again. He is her shining knight.

Misuzu is traumatized with what has happened and avoided Hikaru. Both of you are having a couple fight?? It is quite funny but at the same time amazing as Misuzu decides that both of them should go in separate path. It is impossible that both of them can be together, because Hikaru wants to be an adverturer while Misuzu dreams to be a confectioner. These two dreams just not connected to each other. Hikaru is having a mental shock after Misuzu 'broke up' with him. He seems frustrated and even tell Taro about it.

The funny thing is... why would both of you should go with separate ways? You are not even officially couple. Not even worth to mention husband and wife. Why? Why? You are just friends, okay? You don't need to go to different path. The way Misuzu said to take different path and the way Hikaru frustrates over her decision make it seem like they are a coupe who break up or husband and wife who will be divorced soon.

The amazing thing is... they are not couple nor husband and wife, but their feelings are clearly mutual for each other and acknowledge by both of them. (Well, Hikamizu are canon since the first episode). That is why Misuzu is sad to 'break up' with Hikaru and Hikaru is affected by the 'break up'. Both of them has always sharing sweet moments together and even sharing a big secret, so it is understandable even though they are not officially declaring love for each other, but can be said that they love each other and sort of dating unofficially.

As Misuzu is alone, she encounters the psycho again. This time, the psycho change into Kemur-seijin and he chases her. Misuzu is in the grave danger, but her hero saves her.(again). Misuzu then remembers that when she has losing hope after she lost in the forest when she was small, Hikaru was the one who found her. This is the same like that time too. When Misuzu has no hope to survive from this crazy psycho, Hikaru saves her. Misuzu boldly hugs him and of course Hikaru hugs her back. (Hikamizu moments overload...).

Then, we have the similar scene as Harumi again. Remember when Haruto back-hugged Koyomi in episode 31? Legion destroyed the beautiful moment, right? In Ginga too, Kemur-seijin scattered the once in life time moment by attacking Hikaru. He feels irritated with their lovey-dovey moments. (He doesn't get enough love that is why he is jealous of Hikamizu's love). 

 It's payback time. It's Misuzu's turn to be Hikaru's knight when she saves Hikaru by attacking Kemur-seijin even she is afraid of him. But, that is not the main point. Look at both of them. They don't communicate, but their hearts do. Smiling sweetly to each other, only their eyes and hearts speak for them. Aww... the last picture. That are both holding hands tightly. This scene is just like Hikaru is proposing to Misuzu. (Hehe... my imagination takes over me again.). It shows how much Hikaru means towards Misuzu and how imporant Misuzu is in Hikaru's life.

After defeating Kemur-seijin in the space, Hikaru shares the great moment seeing the Earth from space with his sweetheart. He even promises Misuzu that he will takes her to the space once when Misuzu wishes she can fly too to see the Earth from the space. But first, they need to return home first, and of course running home while holding hand. (i have lost count how many times they have holding hand).

Hoho... Just look at how happy Hikamizu when playing fireworks together. Hikaru keeps playing besides Misuzu. Even when introducing themselves to Sugo Yuka, Hikaru is still besides Misuzu. These two are sticking like glue almost for 24 hours. They are playing happily as there are only both of them at the place. They are forgetting Kenta, Chigusa and Yuka.

What are both of you trying to do? This scenes can make people misunderstand the real situation. They are just discussing about Yuka as Misuzu feels something scary about Yuka, the same feeling that she had during the time with the psycho.


Love is all over in the air.

Hikamizu is definitely a great OTP. I just love how Hikaru has always smiling like a fool when he is with Misuzu. There are so much skinship between Hikamizu. I also love how the smile sweetly to each other. There are times when they act shyly and there are times where they acts awkwardly. And there are also times where they just go through the flow of their relationship. Since the feelings are mutual, holding hand is a small matter to them.

BTW, I think that Kenta - Chigusa will be a cute pair. In most of the scenes, Kenta has always been seen together with Chigusa. When they reunite with Hikaru, they were together. Even when they were attacked by the motorcycle psycho, Kenta and Chigusa were holding each other. Don't even mention the scene when they were both playing fireworks together before asking Hikamizu to join them. Whenever Kenta is spotted, Chigusa is with him except in a few scenes. But still, they are always together like Hikamizu.

It seems that Kenta - Chigusa will not happen anytime soon. This is because it is hinted that Kenta also has feelings towards Misuzu. We can see in his camera that there are a lot of pictures of Misuzu, a few pictures of him and Misuzu and also pictures of Chigusa. We can also see his expression during the time they were playing fireworks. He is obviously jealous with Hikamizu closeness/relationship. The last picture is during the time he saw Hikamizu were talking privately together.  He is overwhelming with the feeling that is known as jealous.

Ooohh... poor boy. Sorry, Kenta. It is better for you to give your heart to someone else. Misuzu's heart belongs to other people.
