Yesterday; for the first time in my life, I played netball.
It was great. I know that this is something ordinary. I was just playing
netball. It is not something that will rock the world like Psy’s Gangnam Style,
but for me it is not something ordinary. For me who hate outdoor activities and
prefer to stay in my room and doing nothing except surfing internet; it is
something new to me.
It was very fun.
Sweating in that evening, in 5 minutes, the sweat flowed from my
forehead and of course with someone inactive like me, lack of stamina can be
seen easily. But, it was just not me, my friends too. All of us were happy and have fun with game
although we don’t know how to play well… yet.
It was a good exercise for my body. I feel better, in term
of health. All of you should play something too. Maybe football (Area no Kishi,
Ginga e Kickoff, Whistle, etc…) or badminton or basketball (Slamdunk, Kuroko no
Basuke) or tennis (Prince of Tennis) and many more, you can play anything that
you like except playing video games. You are not sweating if you play video
games. You should exercise regularly for 15 minutes three times a week, so that
you can prevent heart disease and many other dangerous diseases.
In conclusion, prevent is better than cure. Like Tamaki
(Host Club) said, experience everything if you can.
Try new sports are great. We can add our experience and it
is irreplaceable memories in our life. That’s all… Bye… Hope all of you are in
